Nova is a very sweet girl who will be turning 3 years old this March. She has recently come into our care following an undesirable situation, and we are now looking for a loving home where she can truly settle down.
Family Life & Compatibility Nova is a wonderful candidate for a family home. She has previously lived with young children (from the age of four upwards) and is well-acquainted with the hustle and bustle of a family environment.
She is also very social with her own kind; she gets along well with other dogs and displays a friendly, positive attitude. However, please note that Nova is not suited to living with cats.
Personality While Nova can be a little cautious when faced with new or unfamiliar situations, she doesn’t stay that way for long. She quickly relaxes, adapts, and becomes very friendly, actively seeking out affection and chin rubs from those around her.
Health & Care At present, Nova is a little underweight, but she is now on a good routine and is expected to start putting on weight quickly. It is currently unknown whether she has been spayed; however, given her background, we suspect she has not been.
Despite her difficult past, Nova is a resilient and affectionate girl who is simply looking for a soft place to land.
