Karl needs a breed experienced home where he can live as an only dog or with a calm, well-rounded bitch. Karl needs his own space to retreat to and relax as he becomes stressed at being coddled by humans. Karl is very intelligent and makes good choices with guidance. Unfortunately his background is that of abuse which is why we feel he needs an experienced home that will give him the time, guidance and structured routine to be his best self. Karl would not like to be left alone for long periods.
