Nico will be 6 years old next week. He is an entire male with a cropped tail. He came to us last week as his owner can no longer provide him with what he needs due to their ill health.

He has lived happily with both male and female dogs and is great with children. He is a very affectionate boy. We have cat tested him but unfortunately he will chase them if given the chance. We have found he is quite weak on his back end due to a lack of exercise so we are building this up slowly and have him on a great supplement – something we will pay for going forward.

Nico is reactive to traffic. He will bark and spin on his lead when he sees a car so we are looking for a home where he will be away from busy roads. A rural area would be best, or someone with land. Training would obviously help but we believe this would be a big undertaking due to his age and how embedded this behaviour is.
