Brando, 20 months old, has had a challenging journey but seeks an experienced, patient, loving home. A big, handsome boy, he adores people, craves affection, and loves cuddles, needing owners who understand this. Imported from Russia, Brando spent his first 14 months in poor kennel conditions in the UK, lacking socialization. A kind couple cared for him for 6 months, but their declining health led them to rehome him. On a raw diet, his health has greatly improved, and he enjoys being brushed. Due to limited dog interactions and being attacked three times on-lead, Brando shows fear-driven reactivity. With the right handling, he can improve, as he’s eager to please and bond.

Strong and large, he requires capable owners. He walks well on a harness or head collar and is improving at not jumping for attention. Currently, Brando must be the only dog, with children 12+ due to his size and manners, not temperament, which is lovely. He’s too interested in cats to live with them. Brando has great potential and needs the right home to thrive.
